- Provide structured and engaging care with a focus on:
• Arts & crafts
• Swimming supervision and play
• Imaginative play and creative activities
• Academic support (reading, writing, light homework help)
• Room tidying and light organization
- Foster a calm, encouraging, and fun environment
- Promote independence and confidence through daily routines
- Support social-emotional development through positive communication

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with children with special needs or behavioral sensitivities
• Background in child development, education, or a related field is a plus
• Patience, creativity, and consistency are essential
