You might assist in dropping or picking him up from class at times so when he is away or if he is sleeping, we'd need someone to help fold laundry while he's asleep or organize and clean the pantry, refrigerator, kitchen drawers, bathroom, do dishes, etc. He sometimes likes banana pancakes in the morning so you may be asked to cook them in the am.
