He thrives on a predictable routine (bottles, naps, meals), and we’ll share clear guidance to make care easy and consistent. We value someone experienced with infants who is patient, interactive, and enjoys play, songs, and reading. CPR/first aid, non-smoker, and up to date on vaccines required.
