Our co-op is guided by values of high-quality care provided by trusted teachers, parent leadership, parent incorporation into the learning space, and building a diverse, inclusive community of families. We maintain a low teacher to student ratio with a max of 10 kids per day with 3 teachers scheduled throughout the day. As a sub, you have the opportunity to work in an inclusive and creative child care environment with a play-based curriculum, and have a direct and collaborative relationship with each family and child. We are interested in subs familiar with Waldorf, Montessori, and Reggio early childhood philosophies. Our staff of teachers work as a team of equals.
