We are a warm, structured home seeking a reliable and experienced House Manager / Childcare Assistant to help support a busy household with multiple young children.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, is proactive, and can balance both childcare and household support responsibilities. The position involves assisting with daily routines, helping maintain organization, and creating a smooth, positive flow throughout the day.

Responsibilities:
Assist with care of multiple children (infants through early childhood)
Support daily routines including meals, diapering, naps, and transitions
Prepare simple meals and snacks for children
Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared spaces
Assist with children’s laundry and light household tasks
Engage children in age-appropriate play and activities
Help uphold a calm, structured environment

Qualifications:
Previous childcare experience (daycare, assistant, or nanny support roles preferred)
Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-based setting
Reliable, consistent, and professional
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Looking for a stable, longer-term position
