We need a reliable babysitter for our 2yo son and neighbor kids occasionally. We view childcare as a professional partnership and prefer active, engaging caregivers.

Expectations:
In-Home Only: No driving required. Care is strictly at our homes or nearby yards.
No Screen Time: Strict no-TV/tablet policy. Focus on play, reading, and crafts.

Modest Dress: Modesty is a key cultural/personal preference for us. Please wear professional, modest attire (pants/jeans/knee-length shorts) while working.

Light Cleanup: Help kids clean up toys and snack messes.
