Warm family looking for a trusted long-term nanny/family support person for our toddler son

Our son attends daycare full-time, so this is not a traditional full-time nanny position. We are looking for someone dependable, calm, loving, and experienced with toddlers who can help during work travel periods and schedule gaps.

Support may include:
• early mornings starting around 5 AM + daycare drop-off
• daycare pickup
• dinner/help with calm bedtime routine
• light child-related organization/help around the home
