Hello! Our 11-month old baby gets sent home from daycare with some mild illness from time to time. When that happens, he cannot attend daycare the next day. We are both working parents and this has become very disruptive to our jobs. We are looking for someone who has a flexible schedule and can come watch him for a few hours when these situations arise. This will not be a structured position with a regular schedule; it will be as needed, so we're looking for someone who has a flexible day-to-day life that can be on call once in a while to help out.
