Hi! We are a local family in Andover looking for a regular babysitter for our 7 year old daughter during the summer. Whether you're taking her on an "adventure" or playing outside in the yard/neighborhood at home, we're mostly looking for someone who can engage & play with our daughter, following her lead at times and also brainstorming new ideas with her as well when she is 'bored'.
We are looking for someone to care for our 7 year old daughter. She has a great imagination but can be shy/anxious around new people so someone with experience in early elementary (K-2) is preferred. I work from home, & my husband works the overnight shift so often one or both of us will be home. We live in a quiet neighborhood & have a swingset, etc. but we'd love for you to sometimes take her on "adventures" also to get her out of the house on the weeks when she doesn't have camps lined up.
We are looking for someone ~3 days a week for most weeks this summer. The days can be flexible for now, but we will want to work together to agree on a set schedule for the whole summer. For hours we are looking for something in the general area of 9:30-3:30, aiming for an average of 20 hours/week.
