Warm, spirited family expanding our team! Kids 5yo & 8yos (and labradoodle)! We live near the Arlington Reservoir. Our ideal person can be playful & silly with the kids, is genuinely fascinated by how little-kid brains work, can tolerate Taylor Swift, & are compulsively on-time for things, but not compulsively on their phone! We have some ADHD in the household, so you already know about that or are interested to learn. You're an energetic self-starter who can read the room, prioritize a to-do list, keep a calendar, communicate openly, & pivot when life throws a curveball. You're the person who instinctively throws the Mac'n'cheese pot in the dishwasher, and can pack a kid's suitcase from a shared notes-list but can look up the destination forecast and think to add raincoats. We'd build in time for errands, organizing, meal prep. [Fall '25] (M-F ~7am-815am, and/or M-F afternoon/eve family assistant, times TBD.) Perfect gig for a student!
