I am looking for a kind, positive, and easy-going babysitter for my sweet, energetic 7 yo. He thrives with structure yet flexibility, loves nature, and never met a LEGO or magnatile he couldn't make good use of!

Responsibilities: after school care M-F from 2:30-5:30pm, except Wed 1-5:30 p.m. Driving to/from activities 3x/week.

I'm looking for someone who has a car, a clean driving record, and is comfortable with dogs (we have a 5 mo puppy). An understanding of neurodivergence is a plus. I work from home to care for the dog and assist if needed.

Benefits: $26-$28/hr; guaranteed 16.5 hrs, 2 weeks vacation (one mutually agreed upon), 3 sick days, mileage reimbursed for driving to/from activities at $0.70/mile (federal reimbursement rate), most paid national holidays.
