My wife and I live in Arlington, both work long hours, and have a 3-year-old son and a 2-month-old baby boy who will both be at the same daycare in Fenway.

Daycare closes at 6pm, and some days we need help with picking them up in Fenway and driving to our house to watch them until one of us is free later in the evening. Typically this is 2-3 hours each day, 2-3 times per week scheduled in advance. Dinner always involved and bedtime may be involved depending on timing. On late evenings, some light housekeeping tasks would also be helpful - packing lunch boxes, loading dishwasher, etc.

We are looking for someone who can start at the beginning of November, and ideally would work long-term with our family.
