Ideal Candidate:
-Has a car, clean driving record, nonsmoker
-Calm, positive, patient, and proactive (aligned with gentle/responsive parenting
-Enjoys cooking balanced meals
-Experienced with elementary-aged kids
-Flexible with occasional schedule shifts
-Collaborative and communicative

Key Responsibilities:
School pickup/transport to activities; help with dinner, bath, and evening routines
Family assistant tasks: Tidy common areas, Family laundry, Grocery pickups/errands
Hours negotiable if no household support
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
