  Babysitter needed for preschool child on Mondays from 10 AM to 2 PM

  Hello, Looking for a caring and reliable sitter to come over for weekly Monday support from 10:00am - 2:00pm. Our daughter is almost 3 and loves fun, upbeat energy. We have a large yard for exploring outdoors and spaces for playing indoors during cold/bad weather. We are not opposed to some TV, but not the whole time. We would like somebody creative willing to bounce around between activities like painting, drawing, reading stories, etc. There are 3 other siblings who are school aged, so there is a possibility there could be another child home from school sick. Because we have 4 children, it is not uncommon to have somebody home with a mild illness- especially over the winter months. We would not ask you to come if there was serious illness in the house (flu, rsv, hand foot mouth, etc) but would want somebody who is not germaphobic and can handle some coughs, sneezes, mild fever, strep throat, etc. Mom & Dad often work from home most Mondays, so there will likely be one or two of us home. Most commonly, Dad is home on Monday mornings and needs at home office time. Responsibilities would be helping our daughter with small meals (breakfast and/or lunch), getting dressed, playing, light clean-up from activities and snacks. Our daughter is a light eater and needs reminders to finish meals. She is still in diapers, but will use the toilet if prompted. Most times it will likely be diaper changes but we welcome any bathroom training support. Overall looking for an upbeat and warm personality. Thanks of looking!
