Looking for a long-term babysitter/family caregiver for my daughter. I want someone she can build a close bond with, like an auntie or cousin, not different people watching her all the time. I want her to always know who she'll be with when Mom or Dad is working. Hours vary, mainly Thurs-Sun evenings/nights (typically 5PM-3AM or 10PM-3AM). A plus if you have an in-home daycare or child-friendly setup and can occasionally be on call to bring her to school or pick her up if needed (that payment plan would differ since it's on call).
