Looking for help on Mon/Fri (open to an alternative to Mon.) Aprox. hrs 12pm-5:30 p.m. Bonus if there is occasional ability to provide help 9-5 p.m. or evenings. We are a family of 4 kids, but job is primarily for youngest. Sitter should be comfortable w/ a lively house, many moving parts & have prior experience w/multiple kids. 3 older kids present during school breaks, 1/2 days. Parents work @ home. We LIMIT screens; our kids thrive on creativity and proactive ideas. In PM, 4 yr old needs engaging play, meal help & naptime. Older kids join in PM for 1-2 hrs before parents are done w/ work. Some hrs. may be non-childcare: errands, house support. Looking long-term potential. 1-2 trial runs to ensure right match, Work best w/ person who is adaptable/flexible. No other kids pls, priority for nearby candidates. Will request resume & refs.
