We’re looking for a warm, dependable, experienced caregiver for our two boys, ages 3 and 5, now that they’re both in school. Our biggest need is Mon–Fri, roughly 3–7/7:30, helping with the after-school through bedtime routine: time with the boys, dinner, baths/PJs, getting ready for the next day, and generally helping keep evenings running smoothly. We’d love someone proactive, nurturing, organized, and comfortable taking initiative. Long-term availability and strong references preferred. Experienced nanny/teacher/family helper preferred. Looking for someone who can take initiative, become a consistent part of our routine, and ideally stay with our family long-term.
