We’re a fun, outdoorsy North Reading family with 3 young kids: adventurous 3yo twins and an easygoing 1yo. We love daily outings, backyard play, and gentle structure. Our home is warm and lively, and we value kindness, clear communication, and a nanny who enjoys spending days exploring and playing with little ones.

Confidently care for 3 young kids, prep snacks/lunch, manage different nap times, and take them on outings (parks, playgrounds, library). Light housework (dishes, laundry, tidying) and school pickup in the fall. Must be CPR certified, a non-smoker, clean driving record, and comfortable driving family car.

We have a hypoallergenic, low-maintenance dog. One parent works from home, and mom works retail hours. Twins are potty trained but working toward independence. We value outings, fresh air, and kindness with firm boundaries. Seeking a long-term fit who is proactive, loving, and confident with multiples.
