Neurodivergent and queer safe family in Salem, MA seeking a warm, reliable afterschool caregiver — Tues/Wed/Thurs, noon to ~6 PM. We have two kids (ages 4 & 8). During kids’ downtime, we ask for light household help: dishes, surfaces, sweeping, toy pickup. No daily task list — just use your judgment. We can be somewhat flexible in terms of schedule - mom is a therapist in private practice.
$20/hr | 15 hrs/week guaranteed | up to 20 hrs/week max. Paid weekly with taxes withheld. Rate locked through end of school year - open to increase for summer.

Students welcome — there’s built-in study time. Must be independent, reliable, and pet-friendly.
