We're a family with two daughters (a toddler and a newborn) looking for a kind, reliable nanny to help primarily with our youngest, who will be about 1. 5 months old in November.

Schedule:
Morning help (weekday mornings, approx. 20 hours/week) so that Mom can spend focused time with our 2-year-old while getting her ready for school. Occasional afternoon care when Dad is traveling for work (about once a week to once a month). We can discuss exact hours and flexibility during an interview.

About You:
- Experienced with newborns
- Caring, dependable, and proactive
- Comfortable with occasional schedule adjustments
