I’m looking for an in-home caregiver for my two daughters (3.5 years and 8 months), who are both sick and therefore cannot attend their usual childcare. My wife has a urgent time sensitive work, I’m away for work, and friends aren’t able to watch them. Our 3.5-year-old is recovering from pneumonia, needs scheduled medication, and enjoys toys, books, meals, and a noon nap. Our 8-month-old has a cold and needs comfort, monitoring, and nose-wiping; she takes an 8 oz formula bottle every 3 hours plus provided baby food, and enjoys floor play. she be working from home but cannot manage work and childcare. We need help maintaining routines, quiet play, feedings, naps, and careful recovery support.
