Seeking a reliable, engaged after-school sitter for my 11-year-old son, M-F, 3:30-7:30 PM. Must be available for prompt 3:30 school pickup and have a reliable car/safe driving record. Responsibilities include preparing dinner, helping with homework and projects, supporting organization/time management, keeping his evening routine on track, and making lunch for the next school day. Occasional transportation to activities may be needed. Looking for someone warm, dependable, proactive and comfortable providing structure and redirection while encouraging independence. Ongoing position, Regular schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00–7:00 PM (20 hours/week). Guaranteed hours during regular school weeks. Paid major holidays. School breaks, family vacations, summer schedule, and other planned time off will be discussed in advance.
