Single FT working mom looking for responsible and caring person to help manage household and build better family routines. I need a support partner to help me cultivate more independence, life skills and responsibility in my two boys, ages 7 and 10, and keep the household running. This is likely to include guiding the kids through age-appropriate chores (folding laundry, unloading dishwasher, tidying), doing light dinner prep, supervising homework, enforcing screen time limits, and helping them transition to self-directed non-screen activities. Ideally you can stay later 1 weeknight (6-10) to do bedtime, and do occasional sitting as needs arise. Schedule can be adapted for summer vs. SY.
