We are seeking an experienced and reliable babysitter to care for our 6-month-old baby boy from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include feeding, diaper changes, following nap routines, and providing hands on, age-appropriate interaction, such as floor play, supported sitting, and early crawling practice. The babysitter should actively engage with the baby through talking, reading, and play, with minimal phone use and no screen time (TV, tablet) during caregiving hours. The role also includes basic baby related tasks such as cleaning and tidying the baby’s play area. Clear communication and comfort with following the parents’ care preferences are important.
