My daughter is 15 months old and very energetic. She needs someone who likes to play and teach her things. She is very advanced for her age and uses the toilet.
I would have somebody here ideally 2 or 3 days per week from 9 AM to 3 PM or 10 AM to 4 PM depending on the day.
I work remote. My husband is hybrid so one of us will always be here daytime.
