Summer care for 15 month old

My husband and I are looking for a reliable and nurturing nanny for our 15-month-old son starting Tuesday July 1st, 2025. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The caregiver will watch one child, ensuring safety and engagement in age-appropriate activities. Responsibilities include preparing meals and snacks, storytime, playtime, naptime (10:30/11 - 12:30/1 ish), maintaining a clean environment, outside play (weather pending). Our ideal candidate is reliable, okay with 2 friendly dogs, and willing to sing (and sign!) Itsy Bitsy Spider all day!
If the candidate is interested, this would turn into a nanny share, adding one child (one year old) starting July 29th.
