3 boy, 4 year old twins, and 5 year old. 16 months a part and active. We have a pretty structured routine and on the weekday it’s even more strict. No toys, bed at 8 Jo drinks after 6:30 for the oldest because he wets the bed. We watch tv together and eat dinner.

I need the sitter to stay with kids and drop them off and pick them up from school on my days I work late

We have a custody agreement of 7 days on and 7 days off. I would need care for about 8-10 days out of the month 4-6 hrs on the days.
