Understand we need someone very reliable. We will sit down and agree on a minimum you will make guaranteed each week. Some weeks we’ll need you 1-2 days for a few hours or for school pickup/dropoff, other weeks we’ll need you for 3-5 days while we are out of the country. We travel often for work and pleasure. Both my daughters started school this week at a private school in Gladstone. Pickup/dropoff Is a must sometimes.
The babysitter must have a car for transportation and be comfortable around pets. Reliability and a positive attitude are essential. Experience with toddlers is preferred. We pay very well as we know the schedule flexibility is a big ask.
