My fiance is starting a new job that is overnight. He will need to leave around 10:30 and I am usually home from work between 11:00-11:30, very rarely do I go past that. However, I would add an additional amount if I do happen to be running late that night. We just need someone home with our daughter, who sleeps through the night, in case something should happen. I am expecting our second in August, though, and he may require care during the time that you are there. Super easy job and you'd really be helping a family out!
