I am looking for a babysitter to care for my 14 year old, he has autism as well as ADHD. Care is needed 2-3 days per week, days of the week are variable due to my job as a nurse, the hours are mostly 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM. The ideal candidate must have experience with special needs children, but it’s not required. Your duties will include supervising, engaging in activities, preparing meals, changing his brief, and ensuring safety. Sitter must be willing to sign up as a provider through the state or Special Sitters, this is who will be ultimately paying you and they decided the rate. I will assist in the process of signing up. My child is high energy and loving. Patience is a must. He is 14 years old but mentally he is much younger, probably about age 3-4. Please feel free to message me any questions before applying.
