Looking for a responsible and caring babysitter for our 6 year old boy. Ideally the role starts November, with a flexible start date and schedule on days/times. Prefer Monday-Thursday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM including:
1 hour of house prep/light cleaning or errands prior to pick up
Afterschool pick up, supervising playtime at park
Assisting with homework as needed
Preparing for the next day (laying out clothes, packing a snack)
Cooking simple clean meals
Ensuring a safe and loving environment
Occasional evening/overnights

My son is 6 years old and very sweet and bright. We live in Astoria and would prefer someone local. His school PS70 is 2 blocks from our apartment, no car required.
