We are looking for a sitter who is able to pick up our kids from school and bring them to afterschool activities, help them with homework, and prepare dinner for them if they are hungry early. We need someone who is willing to use their own car. Must be able to keep up with our 7-year-old who has some special needs (ADHD and impulsiveness). We would like to limit screen time and have them outside playing or doing things not involving screens when possible. The youngest does best with positive reinforcement, routine, and redirection. We do have a large dog who is still a bit on the over active side, being comfortable with large dogs that don't realize they are large is a plus.
