We are looking for a reliable and caring babysitter for our two kids (7 and 10 year olds) in Riverdale. The schedule includes regular hours Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons from 3:45 PM to 6:15 PM (some days may extend later, but would be discussed in advance). There may be pre-determined days where school has early dismissal, so if babysitter is able to flex, that would be welcomed. Responsibilities include: ensuring the safety of the children, enabling homework/reading, engaging in fun activities, 1x/week walk to and from after school activity (about half mile). Candidates should have experience with children, be responsible, have a positive attitude, and be paid on the books. Home has very close access to Bx10, Bx18, Bx20, BxM1, BxM2 buses and Spuyten Duyvil Metro North stop.
