My husband, Olivier, and I live with our two kids, Nora (9) and Elliot (7), and our cat, Penny, in Brooklyn (Crown Heights). We seek a reliable babysitter starting in late August. The schedule would be Monday through Friday from 2:30 to 6:30 PM.

The individual would pick up Nora and Elliot from school near Union Square at 2:30, take them to any afterschool activity/playdate, and bring them home each day. Other responsibilities include assisting with homework, organizing playdates, cooking dinner occasionally, supervising playtime, and ensuring a safe environment. The sitter must like cats and speak French.

Patience, good communication, and a positive attitude are essential for this role.
