New parents looking into possibility of childcare as we expect our first

We are expecting our first child this holiday season, but unfortunately will have to return to work. Mom and Dad work opposite schedules, so our sitter will be responsible for care during the transition time between Dad leaving and Mom returning home from work. We are looking for care in the afternoons from Monday-Wednesday, with a possibility for expansion later on to include date nights or full days. However, Monday-Wednesday care from 12-4, 12-3, and 12-3 respectively will be required.
The sitter would be responsible for a bottle feeding, monitoring during nap, and possibly a diaper change.
There are two cats in the house; comfortability with kitties is necessary. No pet care needed
