We’re looking for a reliable after-school sitter for our two children, ages 8 and 4, starting within the next two weeks. Monday–Friday pickup is at 2 p.m. from their school in Flushing, followed by a simple snack, playtime, light homework help for our 8-year-old, and reading or games with our 4-year-old. The day typically ends around 5 p.m., sometimes earlier and never later than 6 p.m. You must have a valid license, current insurance, a safe driving record, and your own reliable car. Car seat provided if needed. No pets. No hours when school is closed or the children are absent. Additional babysitting opportunities/hours may be available.
