We are a couple of resident doctors hour hours change from time to time . But we tend to be on the long side . We have a gorgeous 10 months girl that needs to be taking care of .

Prepare food, feed , change diaper , wash the baby things , bathe and put her to sleep.

My wife alternates her schedule one day 7 pm and one day at home at 3 pm , I also have some months when i will be earlier or even not go but all in all expect 10-12 hours a day . So the sitter should be flexible.
