Seeking a reliable, emotionally grounded family assistant in Midtown Manhattan to support my 12-year-old daughter. Core hours are Mon–Thurs, 3:30–7:30 PM, with 1–2 full-time live-in travel weeks/month. Tasks include school pickup, homework help, errands, laundry, vendor coordination, and pet care (large dog + 2 Sphynx cats). Must be confident managing solo and supporting older kids. Trial in May/June, regular rhythm starts August. CPR/First Aid preferred. Please include availability + experience with teens, households, and pets.
