We are looking for a warm, engaging babysitter to work with our 3‑year‑old daughter on weekends. We are hoping to find someone who can not only play with her but also gently guide her in developing confidence and social skills for school readiness (e.g., greetings, turn‑taking, joining in group play)

Like: Encourage her to say hello and introduce herself (“Hi, I’m Hazel. What’s your name?”), Practice sharing, waiting her turn, and following group play ideas, or general manner/good behavior.
