Our son Ryder is 8 months old and super sweet / loves to read and play. We need someone to watch him for the day while we work from home. We need someone who is kind, attentive, energetic, and loves kids. We have a preference for someone who is high energy, as Ryder is up for a few hours at a time and loves to be engaged.
