We're an Upper East Side family looking for a caring babysitter for our 4 1/2 year old son. We need someone to help out twice a week—Thursdays and Fridays from 12:00 to 6:00—with occasional date nights thrown in. Our parenting style is inspired by Waldorf methods, and we're seeking someone who is genuinely engaged with our little one, enjoys creative play, and can also help with meal prep and tidying up after him.
