We are a busy professional family seeking a highly skilled, emotionally intelligent caregiver to serve as a Governess and Mentor for our three daughters (ages 6, 9, and 11).

Your sole focus will be the emotional well-being, academic success, and evening routine of the children. We need a partner who can help the parents manage the "second shift" of the day—helping the girls decompress from school, transport to/from activities, tackle homework, and transition calmly into bedtime. You will generally be working in tandem with the mother and other household staff to offer 1:1 or 1:2 attention. Sense of humor, interest in creative play, crafts and games is highly preferred.
