We are seeking a companion/caregiver for our delightful 18yo son with Down syndrome. Often he needs to be taken by subway from our home on UWS to a fitness program in midtown. On other days he just needs companionship at home.

Ideal caregiver does not need t experience with Down syndrome but must have big personality, great sense of humor, and lotsof patience. Also essential that you be responsible and attentive.

If schedule permits, there may be additional work on school holidays, afterschool pickup, and evenings.

We’re looking for someone reliable, patient, and with a good sense of fun. If you enjoy working with teenagers and can commit to this schedule, we’d love to hear from you!
