Seeking a patient, experienced, and dependable nanny for my bright and loving 10-year-old son with ADHD and ASD.
This position is ideal for someone with a background in special education, behavioral support, therapy assistance, or significant experience working with neurodivergent children.
About my son:
He is curious, engaging, and thrives with structure, consistency, and a calm, confident caregiver who understands emotional regulation.
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
(Some flexibility and occasional weekend availability is a plus.)
Responsibilities include:
• Providing attentive supervision
• Supporting evening routines and structure
• Engaging him in positive, developmentally appropriate activities
• Assisting with homework when needed
• Helping calmly de-escalate moments of frustration
• Occasional accompaniment to activities
Qualifications:
• Proven experience with ADHD/ASD or special needs children (required)
• Calm, emotionally regulated, and reliable
• Comfortable setting kind but firm boundaries
• Excellent references
• CPR/First Aid preferred
Compensation:
$30–$40/hour depending on experience.
