Schedule
· Monday through Friday 2 PM - 7 PM, later if needed
Responsibilities
· Provide after-school supervision/support
· Work closely with special needs child using positive, developmentally appropriate strategies
· Prepare meals and snacks
· Light housekeeping
· Take the kids out for outings (parks, walks, local activities)
· Encourage independence, routine, and positive behavior
Ideal Candidate
· Experience/interest in working with children with special needs
· Energetic, dependable, and proactive
· Comfortable navigating Manhattan
· Looking for consistent, real-world experience working with children
