We are looking for a warm, reliable part-time nanny to care for our 10-month-old in a screen-free, development-focused environment.

Schedule:
- 2-3 days/wk
- 9-2pm

What were looking for:
- Genuine love for engaging with infants
- Reliability: when conflicts arise, timely and respectful communication is essential
- Confidence and patience with naps, soothing, etc.
- Screen-free caregiving philosophy
- Light baby-related tidying (play areas, bottles)
- Comfortable around two friendly cats
- Infant CPR certification
- Ideally, local to Franklin!
