We are seeking a responsible, caring, and dependable babysitter for our three-year-old son. This position is on an as-needed basis, typically 6–8 mornings per month, to support our travel schedule.

The start date is flexible.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide early morning care in our home beginning at 3:30 a.m.

Assist with our son’s morning routine (wake-up, getting dressed, light breakfast if needed)

Safely transport him to daycare each morning

Additional Care Information:

Our son may need some hands-on assistance during his morning routine, including help with getting dressed and changing a pull-up. Comfort assisting with these parts of a toddler’s routine is important for this role.

Scheduling & Communication Expectations:

Due to the nature of our work schedules, strong and consistent communication is essential for this role.

We make every effort to provide as much advance notice as possible when care is needed. However, there will be times where last-minute support may be requested.

We fully understand that last-minute requests may not always work for your schedule — and you should never feel obligated to say yes if you are unavailable.

We simply ask for:

Timely responses to scheduling requests

A confirmation the evening prior to any scheduled morning

Open communication if availability changes

Proactive updates if any concerns, delays, or issues arise

Reliability and clear communication are extremely important to us, especially given the early morning nature of this position.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation and clean driving record (daycare drop-off required)

Prior experience caring for young children (toddler experience preferred)

Dependable, punctual, and highly communicative
