We want a reliable babysitter for two children, ages 19 months and four. My wife and I both work and are seeking help on a few evenings per week (sometimes flexible as to which days) after daycare and possibly an occasional Saturday. The help we would benefit most from would be someone who will thoughtfully engage two very active, intelligent young kids through play, as well as help get dinner ready in the evenings. We will give maximum consideration to someone who would also be willing to do meal preparation (kids only) for easy lunches throughout the week, as well as someone who is willing to tidy as the kids make a mess and possibly wash and fold kids' laundry.
