Looking for reoccurring nanny care 2 days a week for our 3 kids. 4 year old, 2 year old, 3 month old

3 kids (ages 4, 2, and 3 months)We have a friendly dog and cat. Dad works from home full time and mom works from home 3 days a week. A typical day is breakfast at 8, activities until lunch at 12. 2-year-old naps after lunch, an 4-year-old has quiet time. Our baby's schedule varies. Care is needed until around 3 to 4:30 p.m.
