I am interested in establishing care for my infant son. He is currently 4 weeks old and will be starting daycare around 12–14 weeks of age.
At this time, I am looking for a caregiver who can serve in a dual role:
1. babysitting
2. consistent caregiver who could be a designated contact for our daycare in case my child needs to be picked up on short notice due to illness or other circumstances, and provide care at home when he cannot attend daycare.

Ideally, I am looking for someone who:
• Has flexibility for occasional daytime or short-notice needs
• Open to being listed as an authorized pickup person for daycare
• interested in building some consistency with our family over time
